What exactly is a business brain?
Plain files that hold how your business actually works: your pricing, your services, your process, the questions customers always ask. AI plugged into that brain answers like you, not like generic ChatGPT. It's the foundation every tool I build sits on.
Do I own it?
Yes, 100%. The brain is yours: plain files you can read, move, and keep. Swap your software, swap your AI model, the brain comes with you. You're building an asset, not renting an app.
Do you charge a monthly fee?
Only if you want me in your corner ongoing: working sessions every month, async access in between, and I keep building as your business changes. Cancel anytime. And I'll say it straight: if there isn't real recurring work to do, I'll tell you, because a monthly fee for nothing is how you lose trust.
What happens in the $997 Blueprint?
A 45-minute call where we find which of the five areas is costing you the most - missed calls, slow bids, Google reviews, paperwork nights, or the business living in your head. Then you get a written report with each one sized with your numbers and the exact fix named, and we walk through it together on a follow-up call. The Blueprint is yours to keep either way.
I'm not technical at all. Is that a problem?
That's exactly who this is for. At the live session, people who have never touched AI build a working brain on their phone in about twenty minutes. If you can send a text, you're qualified.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Owner-operator contractors: remodelers, GCs, siding and gutter and roofing crews, painters, plumbers, electricians. If you do your own bids and drown in admin after dinner, you're who I built this for. I come from construction and run real jobs every day - that's where these tools got proven. And since everything is delivered over Zoom, it works whether you're in the Twin Cities or anywhere else.
Where does my information live?
In your own accounts, in files you own. I set it up so the brain is yours, not mine, and nothing about your business gets shared.
What happens at the live session?
A free working session in Savage, once a month. You build your own business brain on your phone before you leave, food and drinks on me. Not a sales pitch. Bring your phone or a laptop, that's all you need.
Can't I just use ChatGPT myself?
Sure, the same way you could do your own books in QuickBooks. Plenty of people do. You're paying for someone who knows what to build, has already built it on real jobs, and gets it running in your business instead of on a someday list.
