My Story
I didn't set out to build software. I set out to run jobs.
Drawing prints at my dad's lumberyard, I taught myself to code with AI - and built an internal estimating system that quoted jobs in seconds instead of hours. It worked. Contractors I knew wanted it.
That's the thing most "AI guys" miss: I've actually run the jobs. I know where the money and the hours actually go: the missed calls, the slow bids, the paperwork nights.
